| According it its By-Laws, the
Alliance is schedule to meet at least once a quarter, with quarterly
meetings set for January, April, July, and October. The
current Board of Directors has established a meeting schedule of the
fourth Wednesday of the month in which the Alliance is meeting.
The Executive Committee of the Board meets at 9:00 am on the date of
regularly scheduled meetings, followed by the general meeting at
